When you offer help, you also agree to ask for it, and when you ask for help, you agree to offer it in return. What is the time commitment?You define your own availability to mentor others.## Networking and Privacy1. How will others find me?We promote you for free across our network and on social media.2. How will others contact me?Contacts will reach out via LinkedIn, not email.3. What information will be shared?Only your LinkedIn profile and answers to the initial questions will be shared. Your email remains private.4. Are there any limitations on the types of help that can be offered or requested?Yes, we follow LinkedIn’s Community Guidelines. Please keep all interactions professional.5. How do I say no to a help request?Interactions are through LinkedIn. You have the freedom to accept, decline, or redirect requests.## Listing Management1. Can I post the listing myself?Not currently. We curate all listings but plan to allow self-posting soon.2. How will I know my listing is up?You'll receive an email notification. Setting up listings takes 1 to 3 weeks.3. How long will my listing stay up? Can I update or remove it?Your listing remains active until you choose to update or remove it, which you can do at any time.4.
